Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data for baking data domains.
• Build and manage data integrations across internal systems and third‑party platforms.
• Contribute to the development of optimized data models.
• Ensure data quality, governance and security standards are consistently met.
• Monitor and improve pipeline performance, reliability and cost efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation of pipelines.
• Collaborate in cross‑functional teams to understand data needs and deliver robust solutions: Data Analysts, BI Developers, centralized Data Management team.
• Automate manual data processes to improve efficiency.
• Manage deployments using Airflow, GitHub.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with SQL/PLSQL.
• Strong background in Data Warehouse design and development.
• Previous experience in banking, financial services or regulatory reporting.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, distributed systems and batch/stream processing.
• Hands‑on experience with modern data pipeline tools is a plus.
• Experience in cloud environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance standards.
