We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a data entry operator. Our headquarters is located in Iași and the job will require you to work from the office.
Please note: to qualify for this position, you’ll need to be willing to work weekdays from 14:00 to 22:30. We know, it’s not the easiest thing to do, but the perks and benefits we offer will more than make up for it. We’ll tell you about them in just a bit ;)

Dispatch-IT is a Romanian company that services Austin-based trucking and brokerage companies. We provide dispatching, accounting, and safety services. We’ve grown a great deal since we started our journey and are now looking to reach new heights of performance and profitability.
The data entry operator will be part of our accounting department, currently comprised of 3 hard-working key account executives and payroll specialists. What you’ll be doing

• Process data using our internal operations software
• Maintain billing records, expenses, bonuses and generate reports as needed
• Prepare weekly salary for clients
• Ensure all documents are received and validated within the agreed time frame
• Ensure that all revenue accruals are billed/invoiced in a timely and proper manner
• Assist dispatchers with urgent tasks pertaining to freight documentation
• Correct and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Prioritize tasks in accordance with their level of urgency and ensure all deadlines are met
• Participate in safety and accounting training sessions and meetings
• Work well within a team environment and deliver results at high standards
• Come up with ideas and suggestions to improve existing processes

The ideal candidate

• Advanced English level (min. B2), both verbal and written
• Great communication skills and proven ability to build strong business relationships
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, prioritize work, and manage time based on business needs
• Logical thinking, memory, analysis, and synthesis abilities
• Incredibly detail-oriented
• Enthusiastic and collaborative
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Nice to have: logistics experience
