About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Data Maintenance Manager to lead and develop the team responsible for maintaining and optimizing data processes to high standards. This role combines leadership, operational management, and continuous process improvement, with a strong focus on customer service excellence and collaboration with both local and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily STREAM team activities, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Act as the main point of contact for process-related requests, issues, and escalations
• Develop, implement, and maintain procedures, KPIs, SLAs, and internal controls to optimize performance
• Document processes and keep workflows, RACI matrices, and training materials up to date
• Identify process weak points and drive improvement and transformation initiatives
• Mentor and develop team members to strengthen performance and process maturity
• Lead integration, digitalization, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Economics or Science
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an international environment, including at least 2 years in people and process leadership
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end processes, internal controls, and KPI management
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; experience in multicultural environments
• Experience in ERP implementation and transformation projects is a plus
