General Information

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Iasi. The ideal candidate has solid experience in data analysis, reporting, and data integration, with strong skills in Excel and Power BI and ideally experience with SAP BW, Analysis for Office, KNIME, or Mendix.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and merge data from various internal and external sources.
• Develop, maintain, and publish interactive dashboards and analytical reports (mainly in Power BI and Excel).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across reporting systems.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide actionable insights.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and reporting standards.
• Work with IT and business teams to enhance data flows and automation where possible.
  

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Ideally, experience with SAP BW, Analysis for Office, KNIME, or Mendix.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Reliable, conscientious, and a strong team player.
