Responsibilities:

• Gather and understand business needs from stakeholders, end users, and teams involved in the consumption and delivery of data products;
• Define and maintain the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the data products under your responsibility, ensuring alignment with company objectives and business priorities;
• Prioritize the backlog and requirements based on business value, user impact, implementation complexity, and existing dependencies;
• Analyze and detail business needs and requests, translating them into clear and actionable requirements for the development teams, ensuring continuous and incremental value delivery;
• Collaborate closely with other technical roles and business partners for the development and evolution of data products;
• Ensure the definition and monitoring of success indicators for data products, continuously tracking their adoption, usage, and impact within the organization;
• Represent the voice of the users and business stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle of the data product;
• Coordinate planning, refinement, and prioritization activities within the Agile methodology, actively contributing to the achievement of team objectives;
• Facilitate decision-making regarding product evolution, managing risks, dependencies, and impediments that may affect delivery;
• Communicate transparently the status of initiatives, results achieved, and future plans to the involved stakeholders;
• Identify opportunities to leverage data through advanced analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and other Data & Analytics capabilities;
• Contribute to the growth of a data-driven organizational culture and promote the effective use of data products in business processes;
• Monitor relevant trends in the fields of Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and AI, contributing to the continuous innovation of the data product portfolio.

What skills and competencies you need:

• Completed higher education;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role such as Data Product Owner, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role;
• Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders and managing requirements in an Agile environment;
• Solid understanding of Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Management, and Data Governance concepts;
• Experience in defining and managing backlogs, roadmaps, and business value-oriented initiatives;
• Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and analyses;
• Knowledge of data, analytics, and reporting platforms such as MS Fabric, MS Azure, Databricks, MS Power BI, SAP BW, SAP Business Objects, SSAS, or similar technologies;
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder influencing skills;
• English language – advanced level;
• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment;
• Experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI projects, or data-driven digital products is considered an advantage.
