The ideal candidate is meticulous, analytical, and proactive, with a strong understanding of data privacy regulations and protection technologies.You will be responsible for monitoring data flows, enforcing data protection policies, and supporting investigations related to data privacy. This role involves working closely with legal, HR, and compliance teams to ensure that SCOR's data handling practices align with internal policies and external regulations. Your contributions will be essential in safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining trust in SCOR's data governance framework.Key duties and responsibilitiesData Protection Monitoring: Monitor data exports via proxy, Defender alerts, USB, email, and O365 downloads by external users. Review reports and define action plans in collaboration with the Group Compliance team.Data Protection Policy Implementation: Enforce data protection policies across systems, including site category blocking and O365 Data Loss Prevention (DLP) rule configuration.O365 Data Discovery: Support eDiscovery investigations and reporting in response to legal, HR, or compliance requests.O365 Privacy Monitoring: Track and report on personal data usage across O365 collaboration tools.Data & Privacy Assessment: Review and validate SCOR's data confidentiality classification using sensitivity labeling and data classification tools.
