Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the daily maintenance and management of the database to ensure the normal operation of the database system.

2. Monitor the performance of the database, identify and solve basic faults and performance issues.

3. Implement database security policies and assist in ensuring the security and integrity of the data.

4. Provide user support to solve common database problems encountered by users during use.

5. Assist in writing and updating database operation and maintenance documents to ensure their accuracy.

6. Cooperate with senior engineers and other IT teams to configure and integrate the database.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

1. Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields (equivalent overseas qualifications).

Work Experience:

1. 3 years or more of database management and operation experience, familiar with mainstream database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc., and familiar with mainstream cloud database products such as AWS, Azure for maintenance.

Certifications:

1. Database-related certifications (such as Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator, etc.) are preferred.

Skills:

1. Familiar with the basic architecture design and maintenance technologies of databases.

2. Master basic database performance monitoring, optimization and troubleshooting technologies.

3. Have good security policy execution capabilities, assisting in ensuring the security and integrity of the database.

4. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with other team members.

5. Have the ability to write documents, assisting in writing and maintaining database operation and maintenance documents.

Language Requirements:

1. Fluent English communication skills, capable of professional oral and written communication.

2. Candidates with Chinese or other foreign language skills are preferred (such as Spanish, Malay, German, Arabic, etc.).
