RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer and optimize Oracle databases, with expansion toward PostgreSQL
• Design and tune complex queries — SQL tuning, execution plans, indexing strategies
• Optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data processing workflows
• Implement and configure cloud database solutions on Azure and AWS
• Set up and automate data processing workflows
• Data modeling — conceptual, logical, and physical
• Contribute to predictive and analytical models on large datasets
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance monitoring

REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced SQL experience — Oracle is mandatory; PostgreSQL is a plus
• Proven experience in database performance optimization (query optimization, partitioning, indexing)
• Hands-on experience with cloud databases: Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
• Solid knowledge of data architectures: Data Warehousing, Data Lakes
• Experience working with high-volume / high-throughput systems
• Experience with data integration and processing tools (ETL/ELT)
• Knowledge in analytics / machine learning is a plus
