We are now looking to hire a Delivery Lead who will play a pivotal role in strengthening our delivery organization.

Role Overview

As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational guidance to our team of Agile Project Managers—acting not just as a mentor and coach, but also as the first line of support in resolving delivery challenges, managing escalations, and ensuring consistent quality across all engagements. The Delivery Lead will serve as the glue between tactical execution and strategic goals, driving a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centric delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Agile Project Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure successful project delivery by driving strong planning, agile best practices, and governance while meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary escalation point, proactively managing risks, resolving challenges, and supporting teams through complex situations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment, high customer satisfaction, and minimal escalations.
• Collaborate with internal teams on strategic planning, resource management, and standardization of delivery processes.
• Champion organizational values by promoting transparency, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field would be preferred
• A Master’s degree or professional certification in Sales, Pre-Sales, or Business Development is a plus
• 7+ years of experience in software delivery, with at least 2 years in delivery leadership roles ideally within technology, software, or digital transformation sectors.
• Strong command of project budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
• Hands-on experience in risk identification, mitigation, and crisis resolution.
• Strong decision-making under pressure and a bias for action.
• Experience working with a multicultural and diverse workforce, preferably within a tech or software development environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Confluence), project management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Certifications like PMP, PSM, or SAFe are a plus.
