We're seeking an experienced Delivery Lead who thrives on coordination, communication, and driving successful project outcomes. This is your opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and make a real impact in data integration delivery.

Note: This is a coordination and communication-focused role. Deep technical development expertise is not required, but technical literacy is essential.

🎯 What You'll Do:

• Lead project execution from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Coordinate diverse teams including developers, designers, and clients
• Set timelines, allocate resources, and remove roadblocks to keep projects moving
• Manage risks and maintain transparent stakeholder communication
• Act as the vital bridge between technical execution and business objectives
• Drive daily operations, team alignment, and continuous process improvement

💡 What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• Strong background in data integration or data management platforms (Talend, ETL, Denodo)
• Solid understanding of SDLC and support processes
• Cloud environment experience
• Agile/Kanban development project expertise
• Experience with nearshore-offshore delivery models
• Proficiency in Jira and ServiceNow (CMDB, RITM/DMND management)
• French language skills (read, write, speak) - mandatory - B1-B2

Technical Knowledge:

• General understanding of architecture design and development practices
• Ability to collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners
• Skills in requirements gathering, estimation, and delivery management
