Requirements

Required Experience, Skills and Traits
•
5–7 years Agile Delivery and Transformation experience, including large‑scale scrum.
•
Proven ability to deliver highly technical change in a complex production environment.
•
Strong understanding of security, stability and resiliency layers of Application and Infrastructure, with relevant experience of the deliveries.
•
Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical issues (e.g., CVEs, vulnerabilities, encryption protocols, misconfigurations) into business‑impact terms.
•
Ability to influence senior engineering, security, and operations stakeholders.
•
Disciplined in risk, dependency, and change management.
•
Confident working in regulated, audited environments with strong governance requirements.
•
Agile certifications.
Desirable Experience, Skills and Traits
•
Experience coordinating security architecture reviews, cloud‑security assessments, or operational‑resilience programmes.
•
Exposure to infrastructure‑level upgrades: OS, JVM, Containers, middleware, or messaging services.
•
Working knowledge of authentication/authorisation protocols (e.g., OAuth, mTLS, SSH hardening).
•
Experience working with vulnerability management tools and dashboards (e.g., Semgrep, Qualys, SonarQube).
•
Awareness of operational risk controls, service recovery, DR testing, and failure‑mode analysis.
•
Software development or engineering background (ideally Java-based microservices).
•
Experience collaborating with teams across multiple regions and platforms.
•
Coaching and mentoring skills to uplift team maturity in secure engineering and resilient delivery practices.

Responsibilities

•
Coordinate delivery of technical‑resiliency work, including:
o
SSL/TLS certificate renewals and lifecycle management
o
Pentest findings triage and remediation tracking
o
SAST/DAST workflow integration and follow‑up
o
Cyber‑security review actions (Architecture Reviews, Threat Modelling, Secure SDLC controls)
o
Infrastructure/OS/DB/software version upgrades across services
o
Hardening and security‑baseline alignment initiatives
•
Ensure that resiliency and security deliverables are prioritised, sized, and continuously flowing through the backlog.
•
Partner closely with Engineering Leads, Security Architecture, and Platform teams to ensure remediation work is well‑understood, technically feasible, and properly sequenced.
•
Track complex technical dependencies — e.g., environment constraints, testing windows, cross‑team component upgrades, coordinated release schedules.
•
Maintain transparent reporting on resiliency posture, risk burn‑down, and progress against audit/regulatory commitments.
•
Drive structured communication and stakeholder alignment around security and resiliency improvements.
•
Support teams in designing repeatable processes for continuous scanning, patching, certificate renewal, and vulnerability management.
•
Ensure quality and security are built‑in, with strong focus on non‑functional requirements such as reliability, recoverability, observability, and performance.
•
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster a high‑performing, transparent delivery culture.

We are seeking a confident Agile Delivery Lead who operates with gravitas and can lead high‑performing cross‑functional delivery teams responsible for technology and operational resiliency. This includes coordinating remediation of technical vulnerabilities, driving security‑related change, and ensuring the stability of mission‑critical clearing systems.
You will understand how to plan, organize, and break down complex technical work — often involving SSL/TLS certificate management, security hardening, penetration‑test item remediation, static/dynamic code analysis, and software upgrade cycles — enabling predictable and safe delivery in a high‑control environment.
You will value high‑quality engineering practices and influence sponsors, engineering leads, and architecture partners toward an agile and transparent delivery culture. The role involves traditional Scrum Master responsibilities, project management, and the ability to engage with technical detail to the level of a technology‑focused business analyst. You will help remove blockers, surface risks early, and guide teams towards autonomous, well‑governed execution while maintaining resilience, compliance, and auditability.
