If so, we have a perfect opportunity for you to join our team as a Delivery Manager to work from our office in Cyprus in a hybrid setup.
Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex and data-driven transformation programs, hands-on guide GenAI application to the development process and value realization, coordinate multiple activity streams and clients, ensuring seamless delivery across all aspects, including finance, sourcing, implementation and business outcomes
• Manage client relationship, expectations and value realization
• Address client issues, identify and manage engagement risks
• Partner with clients to define AI business cases, roadmap and architecture, as well as work closely with multi-disciplinary teams of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software developers, UX designers and product owners
• Be part of business development, activities, participate in pre-sales activities and contribute to the local growth strategy, continuously identify new opportunities and areas of growth
• Run multiple streams of activities and coordinate with client groups in various stages of the lifecycle
• Be accountable for delivery in all aspects: financial, sourcing, implementation and business as well as regulatory requirements
• Cooperate with your peers, delivery partners, technology consultants, account managers and solution architects
• Work closely with multi-disciplined teams of product owners, engineers and quality assurance experts to drive estimates, delivery plans and retrospectives
• Share knowledge and best practices within the organization and with the client
  

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in designing and managing agentic solutions
• Experience delivering AI or GenAI programs from proof of concept to production. Proven client value realization via GenAI solutions
• Hands-on experience delivering complex projects, managing client stakeholders on all levels and successfully drive IT services engagements
• 3-5 years of experience working in consulting or outsourcing Account/Delivery Management
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Software Development Life Cycle and various methodologies, experience with Agile delivery
• Experience in establishing and tuning GenAI-accelerated SDLC
• Ability to establish solid working relationships with clients, plus the ability to work effectively as a member of a dynamic, dispersed virtual team and to meet deadlines
• Hands-on experience in heavy F2F collaboration with clients
• Strong experience working with distributed teams on the client side
• Excellent communication, presentation and planning skills
• Exceptional organizational, leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English
