Responsibilities

• Review customer orders and plan and coordinate delivery activities
• Oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed
• Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns
• Analyze customer orders, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals
• Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving
• Provide transparency on planning, organizing, leading, and motivating teams to achieve objectives and safeguard effective service delivery
• Managing operational/administrative tasks
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Creating and executing project plans, monitoring project progress, and taking proactive and corrective measures
  

What We Are Looking For

• 3-4+ years IT project management or IT related experience
• Mandatory expertise in B2B outsourcing development and support services locally
• Knowledge and experience with Agile Methodologies (Scrum)
• Good understanding of software development life cycle and standard processes
• Ability to understand customer requirements and needs
• Ability to understand the business value of service requests and prioritize them accordingly
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Good planning, and time management skills
• Strong customer and team orientation
