How you’ll make an impact:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in recruitment and/or HR, who is excited to transition into a Specialist position focused on process ownership, governance, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will take over recruitment processes directly from the client, ensuring they are well-defined, well-documented, and consistently executed across teams.

• Own, design, and refine recruitment processes received from the client;
• Create, document and standardize procedures for seamless team adoption;
• Ensure operational governance, compliance, and clear process visibility;
• Partner closely with the client and internal stakeholders to drive alignment;
• Monitor process performance and propose improvements where needed;
• Act as a subject-matter expert, bringing clarity and stability to the operational ecosystem;
