How you’ll make an impact:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in recruitment and/or HR, who is excited to transition into a Specialist position focused on process ownership, governance, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will take over recruitment processes directly from the client, ensuring they are well-defined, well-documented, and consistently executed across teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, strategic thinking and influencing operational efficiency:
- Own, design, and refine recruitment processes received from the client;
- Create, document and standardize procedures for seamless team adoption;
- Ensure operational governance, compliance, and clear process visibility;
- Partner closely with the client and internal stakeholders to drive alignment;
- Monitor process performance and propose improvements where needed;
- Act as a subject-matter expert, bringing clarity and stability to the operational ecosystem;

- Utilize analytical tools, statistical methods, and structured analysis to improve business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making;
- Provide expert functional insights to client processes, operating as a subject-matter specialist and identifying improvement opportunities, savings, and value-add initiatives.
