YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Leading and inspiring your team with full accountability for departmental performance
Being actively present on the sales floor to drive and support daily operations
Motivating, guiding, and training your team to reach and exceed sales targets
Ensuring an outstanding customer experience through hands-on support and by setting a strong example
Conducting regular merchandise analysis and optimizing the sales floor by applying visual merchandising guidelines and marketing initiatives
Working closely with the buying team to enhance product assortment and ensure strong product availability

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You have at least 3 years of experience leading a team, ideally in fashion—but experience in FMCG or other service-driven environments is also welcome
You truly care about delivering great service and creating a positive experience for customers and colleagues alike
You’re proactive, dedicated, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done
You’re passionate about fashion and lifestyle, and excited to share that enthusiasm with your team
You’re organized and comfortable working with numbers, using your analytical skills to make informed decisions
You speak English confidently - German skills are a plus but not required
