One of our important clients is strengthening its leadership team and is looking for a Deputy General Manager, a Talented Leaderwith strong strategic vision, operational expertise, and a solid background in industrial management.

This role plays a key part in aligning all operational activities with the company’s strategic objectives set, ensuring that strategic decisions are effectively implemented across all operational functions and contributing directly to performance indicators (KPIs) focused on achieving top-tier execution across production, procurement–logistics, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO in developing and implementing company’s short-medium and long-term strategy.
• Coordinate the company’s operational activities, ensuring efficiency of internal processes and compliance with policies and standards.
• Monitor and analyze economic and financial performance, proposing measures to optimize costs, productivity, and profitability.
• Supervise directors and department/division managers, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Oversee major investment projects, technological development, and modernization of production capacities.
• Participate in defining commercial and industrial policies, as well as strategic decisions regarding product portfolio diversification.
• Represent the company in relations with strategic partners.
• Evaluate and develop the competencies of subordinate managers, promoting a culture focused on performance, quality, and innovation.
• Ensure continuity of executive leadership and replace the CEO during absences, according to the defined mandate.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process and monitor execution of approved budgets.
• Ensure compliance with legal, quality, occupational safety, and environmental requirements, including ISO standards.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong expertise in strategic and operational management within an industrial environment (preferably automotive).
• Proven leadership skills in motivating and developing multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to perform economic analysis, strategic planning, and make complex decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong orientation toward performance, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with regulated quality and management standards (automotive ISO, environmental standards, etc.).
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to change and unexpected situations.
• Advanced English language proficiency.

Position Requirements:

• Proven managerial experience in a relevant industrial field.
• Higher education degree in a technical or economic discipline.
• Additional relevant training or certifications (production management, automotive standards, leadership, etc.).
