Your Mission

You will ensure the proper administration, stability, and optimal functioning of applications and services within your technical area. You'll also facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Administer and monitor IT applications and solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
• Resolve incidents efficiently for applications within your scope.
• Maintain application stability, perform upgrades, and implement security patches.
• Actively participate in project teams, contributing your expertise.
• Regularly assess the health of deployed components and take or recommend corrective actions.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for IT procedures.
• Conduct testing activities for applications under your support.
• Provide consultancy and technical assistance for supported applications.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in application support or development.
• Advanced knowledge in:
• Administration of Java and HTTP application servers.
• Windows, Linux/UNIX operating systems.
• Databases (Oracle, SQL, RDS, PostgreSQL).
• Cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure).
• Web services (APIs, SOAP, REST).
• Integration concepts (e.g., message queues, SCA, databases).
• Automation tools (Git, Gradle, Jenkins, Artifactory).
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• CI/CD concepts and pipelines for modern/legacy systems.
• Issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira – optional).
• Tools (Toad, SQL Developer, IBM Data Studio, IBM MQ Explorer, ODI, SFTP clients).
• ELK stack and microservices.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Openness and commitment to continuous learning, especially in AI and new technologies
