Your Mission

• Architect, develop, and deploy AI-powered full stack solutions end-to-end.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Prototype and iterate on MVPs with full ownership, ensuring scalability, reliability, and usability.
• Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency.
• Conduct code reviews and security assessments to uphold engineering standards.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers and colleagues on AI-driven development best practices.

Required Superpowers

• Proven senior-level experience in full stack software design and development.
• Strong AI engineering skills, with hands-on experience using Claude Code/Copilot/Codex.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to coach and mentor technical teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across disciplines.
• Flexibility and readiness to travel internationally for training and team events.
• Experience with Docker; containers in general
• Experience with AWS services.
• Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Infrastructure experience: OpenShift, Kargo, ArgoCD, relational and non-relational databases, event streaming (Apache Pulsar).
