Role We are seeking a skilled DevOps Platform Engineer with a strong background in RPA infrastructure and deployment automation. This role is central to maintaining and scaling our RPA platforms, ensuring reliable bot operations through robust CI/CD pipelines, version control, and environment management.Responsibilities Manage and maintain RPA environments, including development, test, and production setups. Own and optimize deployment processes, ensuring smooth and secure bot releases. Implement and maintain version control systems for automation assets and configurations. Schedule and monitor bot executions, ensuring alignment with business SLAs. Design and support CI/CD pipelines for RPA solutions, integrating with enterprise DevOps tools. Collaborate with developers, operations, and infrastructure teams to ensure platform stability and scalability. Troubleshoot platform issues and drive root cause analysis for environment-related incidents Required 6+ years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering, with at least 3 years in RPA environments. Hands-on experience with Blue Prism or other RPA platforms. Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps). Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python). Experience with bot scheduling, monitoring, and orchestration. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Exposure to telecom, media, or technology domains. Experience with infrastructure as code and automated provisioning tools. Knowledge of ITIL practices and operational governance.
