We are looking for a versatile Digital Copywriter who can pivot seamlessly between high converting ad copy, authoritative long form blogs, and engaging social media storytelling.

You are not just a "writer”, you are a brand architect who understands how a single tweet can lead to a blog read, which ultimately leads to a conversion.

Core Responsibilities:

• Craft scroll-stopping copy for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ads that drive measurable ROAS.
• Write high-converting landing page copy and automated email nurture sequences that turn leads into customers.
• Manage and create daily content for client social accounts (IG, LinkedIn, X, TikTok).
• Spot emerging social trends and "remix" them to fit various client brand voices without losing authenticity.
• Research and write SEO-optimized articles that establish our clients as thought leaders in their respective niches.
• Create and maintain "Voice & Tone" guides for a diverse portfolio of clients, from sleek Tech startups to lifestyle brands.

You will thrive at NEXA if you:

• 3+ Years Experience: Ideally in a growth marketing or creative agency setting.
• You can write a technical B2B whitepaper in the morning and a witty, viral-style Instagram caption in the afternoon.
• Adopt a strong AI-first approach, using AI tools as a primary driver for ideation, concept and execution.
• You understand search engine rankings, but more importantly, you understand human psychology and what makes people click.
• While you are a wordsmith, you know what a "good" social asset looks like and can brief designers effectively (or use Canva/CapCut for quick wins).
