Digital Marketer – Meta Ads Expert
Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer – Meta Ads Expert to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, and the ability to maximize campaign performance and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Work Location: Mohakhali, Dhaka
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager.
• Set campaign objectives, budgets, audience targeting, placements, and schedules.
• Identify and target the right audience based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and locations.
• Create and manage Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Retargeting Campaigns.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to develop engaging ad creatives.
• Write and optimize compelling ad copy, headlines, and descriptions.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies to improve performance.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROAS.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and present insights to the team.
• Stay up to date with Meta advertising policies, best practices, and platform updates.
  

Experience Requirement

• Freshers with strong practical knowledge of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads are encouraged to apply.
• Completion of a Meta Ads or Digital Marketing certification/course will be an advantage.
• Freelancers with experience managing small-scale advertising campaigns are welcome.
• Experience running personal projects or self-managed Meta ad campaigns is preferred.
• Internship or agency experience in digital marketing will be considered a plus.
• Self-learners with a solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, and campaign optimization are encouraged to apply.
• A university degree is not mandatory. Practical skills, hands-on experience, and a willingness to learn are valued more than formal academic qualifications.

Salary & Employment Terms

• Probation Period: 6-Month
• Upon successful completion of the probation period, the designation will be confirmed as Digital Marketer – Meta Ads Expert.
