We are currently looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist responsible for developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies to enhance the online presence and engagement of our 4-star Sinaia Hotel. This role involves managing social media platforms, digital advertising campaigns, SEO, and website functionality, along with producing high-quality multimedia content to promote the hotel’s brand and offerings. The role is in hybrid with the option to work 1 day in the Otopeni office and 1 day in our Hotel in Sinaia.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Strategize and Plan Campaigns: Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Ensure that all campaigns going out the door have a real strategy in place.
  • Develop and oversee campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, identify sponsorship opportunities, and continuously refine strategies to deliver strong ROI.


Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Contribute to the development of multimedia content and schedule regular posts to enhance follower interaction.
  • Monitor social media trends to attract new followers, increase engagement, and ensure the hotel remains competitive online.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service.

Digital Advertising:

  • Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns on social media, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.


Promotional Campaigns:

  • Contribute to the development of promotional offers and packages targeting various customer segments to drive bookings and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales and reservations team to ensure promotional offers are well communicated and effectively executed.
  • Track and analyse the performance of promotional activities, preparing reports on their impact on sales and engagement.


Content Creation:

  • Develop a content calendar and oversee the production of compelling content for blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone, and optimized for search engines and user experience.
  • Manage video content and photoshoots to support marketing campaigns and boost online engagement.
  • Work with creative professionals to produce high-quality visual content.


Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Regularly analyse social media, advertising, promotional, and SEO data to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
  • Provide insights and actionable recommendations to continually refine marketing efforts.


Collaboration and External Engagement:

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure brand consistency and gather information for campaigns and initiatives.
  • Engage with external partners, such as media agencies, influencers, and marketing professionals, to amplify the hotel’s marketing efforts.

Candidate’s Requirements:


Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation in the hotels industry.
  • Proficiency with social media, paid media, and SEO tools, including platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Search Console. Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Canva, Ahrefs, or SEMrush is a big plus.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, analyze performance data, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in content creation and campaign execution.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
