Job description 

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can bring structure, creativity, and a strategic mindset to help us grow our presence in the building automation market in Romania. The role is centered around lead generation and reaching a B2B audience through digital channels.

The new team member will work under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and in close collaboration with the sales team.

 Key Responsibilities:   

• Develop and implement B2B user journeys, creating tailored content for each touchpoint
• Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Google, Meta, industry-specific platforms)
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Emarsys)
• Implement and localize global marketing assets to ensure alignment with the local market needs and brand strategy
• Collaborate closely with the sales team for lead nurturing and CRM integration
• Create visual assets and improve visual communication (e.g., brochures, infographics, social media posts)
• Provide regular reporting and campaign analysis (Google Analytics, UTM tracking, MS Clarity)
• Deliver full marketing support for a specific brand within the Romanian market

 Requirements:   

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B environment
• Solid knowledge of online advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Strategic mindset focused on user journey and conversion path development
• Experience with email marketing systems and workflows
• Good sense of visual communication and experience creating marketing assets using any modern graphic design tools.
• Independent, proactive work style and effective collaboration with sales teams
• Analytical thinking and data-driven campaign management skills
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
