We are looking for the Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Ecofinance Romania team within Dyninno Group fintech division.

EcoFinance is a fast-growing fintech delivering accessible B2C financial services worldwide. Through brands like Creditprime and Honey Loan, we offer short term loans, instalment loans and lines of credit via our online platform. With over 5 million clients across Romania, Moldova and the Philippines, EcoFinance ranks among the top ten microfinance providers by loan volume. We are now expanding our offerings into digital and virtual cards linked to our mobile apps.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Develop and execute the marketing plan aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns and communication initiatives.
• Oversee the company’s presence across digital channels, including content planning, publishing, and audience engagement.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with external agencies and internal departments to align and deliver marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage website and digital platform content.
• Support the organization of promotional events and prepare performance reports.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communication, or a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing, including social media management and content planning.
• Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Search Console, GTM, Microsoft Clarity, AppsFlyer, CRM, email marketing platforms).
• Understanding of SEO/SEM and performance marketing is a plus.
• Experience working with external agencies and managing marketing projects is an advantage.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences.
• Ability to work with campaign plans, editorial calendars, and marketing reports.
• Basic knowledge of CMS platforms is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and results-oriented approach.
