لديك خبرة عملية مثبتة في تخطيط حملات الإعلانات الرقمية وإطلاقها وتحسين أدائها لصالح شركات الخدمات المالية أو العلامات التجارية في القطاع المالي. تتحدث وتكتب اللغة العربية بطلاقة، وتستطيع إنشاء أو تكييف رسائل حملات واضحة وملائمة ثقافيًا للأسواق الناطقة بالعربية. يشترط إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى مهني؛ وتعد معرفة اللغة الرومانية ميزة إضافية.

You will plan, implement, monitor, and optimise digital campaigns that support customer acquisition, awareness, and lead-generation objectives. Your work will include preparing Arabic-language campaign copy and coordinating relevant creative assets; managing paid-media activity; monitoring budgets, performance, and lead quality; and delivering clear, regular performance reports with recommendations.
You will work closely with the marketing and commercial teams to ensure that campaign messaging is accurate, consistent, audience-appropriate, and aligned with internal approval requirements. You will also stay informed about digital-advertising trends and suggest practical tests to improve efficiency and results.

You have proven hands-on experience planning, launching, and optimising digital advertising campaigns for the financial sector or financial-services brands. You are fluent in Arabic, both written and spoken, and can create or adapt clear, culturally relevant campaign messaging for Arabic-speaking markets. Professional working proficiency in English is required; Romanian is an advantage.
You are analytical, organised, and comfortable making data-led decisions. You understand performance marketing metrics and can turn campaign results into practical optimisation actions. Experience working with major paid-media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or comparable channels is expected. Familiarity with the compliance-sensitive nature of financial advertising is a strong advantage.
