We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are on a hunt for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist that not only has expertise in implementing online marketing campaigns, but also has analytical skills for interpreting afterwards the online data from the reports and is able further on to tailor made new online marketing campaigns for better optimizing the return of investment. Being familiar in promoting Consumer Electronics devices is a plus.
What is the Main Aim of This Position?
To generate leads and increase sales by driving traffic to the company's and partner’s websites and increase the brand visibility in online.
What we want from you?
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
• Creativity and ability to plan and promote relevant and attractive content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok platforms
• Experience in generating traffic, leads and optimizing the conversion rate
• Analytical skills in reporting and interpreting the data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and optimizing online marketing campaigns
• Technical knowledge in managing Google Analytics and interpret the data from other similar relevant tools
• Expertise in creating and optimizing SEO and managing relevant tools
• Organizational capacity to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
• English language – intermediate level (written and spoken)
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Your main responsibilities:
• Coordinate the communication with partners regarding quarterly marketing plans, ensuring timely alignment on joint initiatives, deliverables, and campaign execution to support mutual business goals.
• Implement and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to maximize the return of investment
• Implement marketing campaigns in App, via dedicated management platform, to increase visibility and generate traffic to the website and partner stores and optimize the leads
• Develop a content calendar plan for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and ensure its consistency and relevance, in line with the company's objectives in order to generate traffic and leads
• Monitor and interpret performance metrics (traffic, leads, conversion rates, ROI) using Google Analytics and other relevant tools, in order to adjust strategies based on it
• Propose new strategies for generating leads and traffic, attracting new customers and transforming them into loyal customers
• Implement and monitor eMAG Ads and conduct reports
• Conduct market research and comparisons
• Collect and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth, traffic and leads generation
• Monitor the competition online and conduct reports
• SEO strategy development and implementation (crawlability, indexation, overall search visibility, advanced keyword research and content optimization etc.)
• Perform A/B testing on online campaigns creatives/texts to optimize conversion rates
• Website management
