We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team at Winbet and help our client thrive within the online gambling industry.

Competences & Skills:
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing and performance marketing
- Good understanding of digital tools
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Considered a plus experience in gambling industry
- Solid understanding of digital funnels and conversion optimization
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles
- English fluent
- Experience in Google Analytics, as well as knowledge for analyzing online channels’ performance
- Comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards, and reports
- Understanding of tracking, pixels, and attribution (basic to intermediate)
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work independently
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
Job responsibilities
Digital Performance & Paid Advertising
Responsible for digital performance & paid advertising for clients’ acquisition – managing, monitoring and implementing digital advertising campaigns, by working closely with the agency and supervising it for:
-Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, App campaigns)
-Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram),
-Other new channels
- To be the liaison between the marketing team and the digital agency under the supervision of Head of Digital Marketing – including also client service activities between marketing team and agency.
- Monitoring the results of the marketing campaigns (related to paid media, display ads platforms and programmatic) and generating solutions to improve the results.
- Monitor the digital budget spendings.
- Responsible of the implementation process of campaigns according to the tasks – project received from direct manager starting from preparing the ad creative, the plan, to sending the brief with all the information and creatives to digital agency and other providers.
- Prepare and update regularly keywords, text ads and ad creatives for agency to implement.
- Hands-on on implementing, managing and optimizing performance campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads) when necessary.
- Implementing and managing programmatic display campaigns
- Working closely with each advertising channel’s provider for managing the campaigns
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital performance reports
- Track performance using tools such as:
-Google Analytics / GA4
-Google Tag Manager (basic understanding)
-Ad platform dashboards
- Identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities
Ads & Creative Execution
- Coordinate ad creatives with designers
- Write or brief ad copy aligned with brand tone and regulatory guidelines
- A/B test creatives, formats, hooks, CTAs, and landing pages
- Ensure creatives meet platform policies and gambling compliance rules
- Work closely with graphic designers, CRM team, brand manager, copywriter and CMS team
- Align digital campaigns with promotions, bonuses, tournaments, and events
- Support new feature launches and seasonal campaigns
- SEO & Website Optimization (Basic Level) – Support SEO initiatives: keyword research assistance, SEO on-page optimization.
- Collaborate with SEO agency – clients service and supervising it’s activity
- Monitor basic SEO KPIs.
