The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns to promote the company’s renewable energy projects and strengthen brand awareness. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and responding to online inquiries. The role involves setting up and tracking web analytics, analyzing campaign performance, and preparing regular reports with recommendations for improvement. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging, support lead generation, and align digital initiatives with overall business objectives.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills, including experience with campaign planning and execution.Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including content creation, channel management, and audience engagement.Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, including tracking, reporting, and optimizing based on data insights.Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and external stakeholder interactions.Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools is beneficial.Proficiency with major digital platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in Sector 3, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or infrastructure investment is an advantage.
