AHK Romania is looking for a Digital Solutions & IT Specialist to drive digitalization, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity across the organization.

What you’ll do

• Identify and implement digital solutions to improve internal processes
• Manage and modernize IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, together with external IT partners
• Maintain and develop the internal CRM & ERP system (CAS Genesis/ ASIS)
• Ensure quality delivery of digital & IT projects, including documentation and training
• Work closely with all departments to align technology with business needs

What you bring

• University degree in IT, economics, or industrial engineering
• 3+ years’ experience in digital projects, IT systems, or infrastructure
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (CAS Genesis or ASIS is a plus)
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor coordination
• Strong analytical mindset and hands‑on project management skills
• Excellent English; German is a plus
