About The Role

As a Full Stack Developer within our European IT team, you will design, build, and maintain applications that support local, cluster, regional, and global projects. You will contribute your expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud solutions, and modern development practices to deliver scalable and secure systems. Your work will directly support DP World’s digital transformation journey and ensure operational excellence across our business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, test, and deploy new systems and applications.
• Write, debug, and refine code while maintaining thorough technical documentation.
• Integrate existing software products and ensure cross-system compatibility.
• Configure and optimize web applications within Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
• Provide 3rd level support for developed, legacy, desktop, web, and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with external designers on web standards and branding.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs using .NET technologies.
• Maintain databases and ensure effective data modelling and management.
• Support continuous improvement, innovation, and adherence to ISO and security standards.
• Act as an ambassador of DP World values, promoting a culture of quality and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, logistics, or related field (or 10+ years relevant full-stack experience in logistics/supply chain).
• At least 5 years professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Expertise in JavaScript, AJAX, and modern front-end JS frameworks, with Angular strongly preferred (React experience considered an asset).
• Advanced programming experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, .NET (C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web Services), RESTful APIs, and Azure Cloud services.
• Extensive hands-on experience with mobile development using Xamarin and .NET MAUI.
• Proficiency in relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and ORM (Entity Framework Core).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and version control (Git).
• Hands-on knowledge of secure coding practices and OWASP standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with LowCode application development would be a significant advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (German, Polish, Arabic, Spanish, French, Mandarin, Hindi) are a plus.
• Ability to travel and work across multicultural, dynamic teams.
