Your role

• Supporting our Global Clients in the end-to-end Business Transformation & Transition journey.
• Focus on transition project execution but also client advisory in transition area.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth project execution from transition perspective.
• Close cooperation with our Change Managers to ensure adoption of new ways of working.
• Building transition strategy, roadmap and applying that to projects.
  

Your profile

• Min 3 - 5 years’ experience in Project Management and proven track of Transition Management projects delivery;
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills;
• Experience in Project Management (project management certification will be an asset) and proven track of projects/programs delivery;
• Understanding and insight into the GBS/SSC/BPO market, concepts, and good practices, supported by delivering projects in given area;
• Ensure effective communication between key stakeholders groups for each transition (Project Team, Function Leadership, Local site management, GBS Management, GBS Knowledge Transfer Teams);
• Excellent organizational, time management, presentation - developing and delivering skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
