You will:

• Support the delivery and coordination of digital transformation initiatives across multiple tribes and squads, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and timelines
• Monitor the overall progress of tribe backlogs and key initiatives, helping ensure smooth execution and visibility on delivery status, dependencies and risks
• Facilitate cross-tribe collaboration and alignment to improve coordination, prevent bottlenecks and support effective implementation of transformation initiatives
• Collaborate closely with tribe leads and the Digital Transformation Lead to support backlog prioritization, quarterly planning activities and alignment of initiatives with business objectives
• Track and monitor tribe-level budget utilization, providing visibility on allocation, risks and spending trends related to transformation initiatives
• Support stakeholder communication through the preparation of updates, reports, presentations and communication materials related to the transformation program
• Contribute to the identification and mitigation of cross-functional risks, dependencies and resource challenges that may impact delivery
• Coordinate administrative and organizational aspects related to planning sessions, backlog reviews and transformation governance activities
• Support communication initiatives related to digital transformation projects and organizational change activities
• Participate in Group and cross-company projects and contribute to additional tasks and initiatives assigned by the direct manager

You have:

• Strong experience in digital transformation / large-scale program delivery;
• Background in IT, insurance, or complex enterprise environments;
• Proven program/project management expertise;
• Ability to connect strategy with execution in a structured way;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Analytical mindset with a focus on insights and impact;
• Experience working with cross-functional, multi-team environments;
• Fluent English.
