Are you a strategic and collaborative expert with a passion for driving customer growth and loyalty? Mercedes-Benz Romania is looking for a Direct Customer Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing team. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives on leveraging CRM, data analytics, and customer journey management to enhance our customer relationships and achieve ambitious marketing and sales objectives. You will be instrumental in guiding our authorized partners (dealers) to effectively manage both existing and potential customers, acting as a key growth pillar for the brand.
As a Direct Customer Coordinator, you will drive customer engagement through strategic initiatives and data-driven insights. Your key responsibilities include:
Strategy & Performance:
-Define strategy, manage KPIs, and identify new business opportunities for retention, upselling, and acquisition.
-Implement strategic partnerships and design hyper-personalized campaigns.
-Analyze event conversions, provide actionable insights, and benchmark dealer performance.
-Execute customer use cases designed by the sales and after sales business departments.
Stakeholder Management & Dealer Steering:
-Serve as the primary contact for internal teams and dealers, translating Mercedes-Benz goals into actionable dealer plans.
-Empower dealers with data insights for lead qualification and sales funnel optimization.
-Orchestrate CRM campaign rollouts and ensure CRM data integrity across all touchpoints.
-Design customer feedback surveys to inform marketing and product recommendations.
Data & CRM and Forecasting & Reporting:
-Leverage customer insights to design personalized communications and loyalty programs.
-Oversee MBCRM integration with dealer systems for accurate data exchange.
-Define and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy.
-Analyze behavioral and transactional data to identify customer patterns and develop dynamic segments.
-Design performance dashboards and deliver strategic insights through reporting and trend analysis.
What You Bring:
Education & Experience:
- University degree in Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, CRM, dealer network management, or business development, preferably in automotive or premium brands.
- Proven cross-functional project and stakeholder management experience.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of CRM and lead management processes.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and data-driven skills.
- High business acumen with ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
- Strong project management, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
