The Market Support Distribution Team located in Bucharest and part of Mercedes-Benz Romania is supporting the worldwide distribution to ensure the optimum supply of Mercedes-Benz and smart passenger cars to the markets.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven and enthusiastic candidate to join our Team for Passenger Cars in Bucharest as Distribution Management Specialist.

Main responsibilities and everyday challenges:

• Generating Certificates of Origin for worldwide markets, tracking issued documents (courier services, AWDs), updating origin attesting regulations for each market

• Providing B/Ls or Waybills for markets, ensuring operations such as splits, corrections and courier services

• Creating and updating General Shipping Instructions for all markets which require deep-sea or short-sea transportation

• Maintaining Market Contact Partners List (incl. Management and internal departments) updated on a quarterly basis

What we expect from you:

• University degree in Business Administration / Economics / Finance / Engineering or related

• PC knowledge, proficient in MS Office, very good Excel knowledge

• Highly proficient in written and spoken German and English

• Analytical skills, organized and structured working mode, with high attention to details and ability to prioritize effectively

• Proactive attitude, assertiveness and good problem-solving skills

• Strong team player, very good communication and interpersonal skills.
