WTS Energy is seeking a DM – Surface & Subsea Engineering to join a high-profile oil and gas project in the Black Sea, Romania.

Responsibilities:

• Manage of the Asset Technical Authorities group (Subsea, Maintenance, Process, Flow Assurance, Process Safety and Integrity).
• Accountable for implementation of Technical Integrity and Process Safety policies for the Asset.
• Accountable for management of Operations and Maintenance support Contracts.
• Accountable for Quality Assurance / Quality Control for the Asset (e.g. brownfield modifications).
• Responsible for maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in a fully functional state.
• Prepare new maintenance activities from a technical and reliability point of view and carry out technical analysis for improvement of equipment service factors (RCA, RCM, MTBF etc.).
• Ownership of the budget for Technical Integrity and Process safety activities.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Mechanical/Petroleum/Chemical or Electrical Engineering
• Excellent understanding of the business context, all interfaces and inter-dependencies and manages complex workflows with other disciplines in a multi-cultural environment.
• More than 10 years of leadership experience in relevant roles.
• Relevant professional experience: 12 years
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil and gas/petrochemical industry.
• Strong personal commitment to HSSE.
• Very good knowledge of principles, strategies, working methods within Maintenance and Operation of offshore Gas facilities.
• Knowledge of Best Practices in Integrity Management and Process Safety.
• Experience in Field Management (Maintenance, Integrity Management, Production Operations), Facilities Engineering, Asset Management and interaction with authorities.
• Good command of English (spoken and written); fluent in Romanian language is an advantage.
