The Driver/Vehicle Operator position is tasked with capturing high-quality data that contributes to improving our vehicles' performance. This role requires self-initiative, flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
The position is fixed-term for a period of 1 year.

What You'll Do
Operation of a vehicle for data collection within a defined areaStarting/stopping recording devices and performing minor troubleshootingAnalysis and reporting of collected dataProviding feedback to improve data collection processesCreation of daily driving reportsChecking the vehicle's condition for safety compliance
What You'll Bring
Unblemished driving record and safe driving habits (minimum 5 years, ideally with Tesla experience, local knowledge, and familiarity with local road and traffic regulations)Valid EU Class B driver’s license and work permit for RomaniaFamiliarity with driver assistance systemsHigh attention to detail and strong observational skillsExcellent English language proficiency (mandatory)Outstanding PC skills (MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel)Flexible work schedule (day/night shifts, weekend work)
