What you’ll bring to DRUID

• You are in the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
• You are looking for a career in the technical field (Product, Testing, Technical Support).
• You have basic knowledge of JavaScript (able to read & create simple functions).
• You are available to dedicate 6 hours/day to this program, starting July 1.
• You are driven and ambitious, yet flexible and open to giving and receiving feedback.
• You are proactive and have a hands-on attitude.
• You are eager to discover ways of working in the IT industry.
• You can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do at DRUID

• Testing platform features and chatbot functionalities to ensure they work as intended.
• Configure AI agents based on real production use cases.
• Assist in developing test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
• Work closely with seasoned QA engineers to understand the testing scope and objectives.
• Execute test cases manually or using automated tools under the guidance of senior QA engineers.
• Record and document test results, including defects found during testing, using designated tracking tools.
• Help identify, log, and track software bugs in collaboration with the development team.
• Perform regression testing to verify functionality after updates.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining testing documentation: test plans, test cases, test reports, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure complete test coverage.
• Communicate testing progress, results, and concerns to the team clearly and promptly.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all testing activities.
