🔍 About the Role
Position: Customer Support Advisor
Languages: Dutch (B2–C1) + English (B2 or above)
Work model: On-site (during the training - approximately 1 month), remote afterwards.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00– 19:00, sometimes 1 shift during the weekend with 2 days off during the week.
Training period: 2 weeks + 1 shadowing week
Project type: Providing pre-sale and post-sale order support from delivery enquiries to returns and product troubleshooting

🛠️ What You’ll Do
Provide support via phone to our Dutch-speaking customers
Assist with order localisations, refunds, returns, warranties, product information
Support customers on topics like warranties, promotions and discounts, configuration, and general product usage
Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation
Stay up to date with the latest products and procedures through training and self-learning
🧐 You’ll Thrive If You Have...
Fluent Dutch (B2–C1) and good English (at least B2), both spoken and written
Minimum 3 months experience in customer support, preferably in a contact centre/BPO environment
A knack for problem-solving with technical and logical thinking skills.
Positive attitude and ability to remain calm in a fast-paced support environment
The possibility of working in a remote mode
