This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while enjoying the picturesque beauty of Greece.
Your Role:

• Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally
• Communicate effectively through various channels including phone, email, and chat
• Familiarize yourself with our client systems to deliver high-quality service
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quick resolution of customer issues
  

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients
• Strong communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies suitable for remote work
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work (remotely) while residing in Greece
