Your Role:

• Offer exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed with professionalism and care
• Communicate effectively through various platforms including phone, email, and chat
• Familiarize yourself with our systems to provide accurate and efficient assistance
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure swift resolution of customer issues
  

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
