Dutch Speaking Sales Development Representative - Malaga (On-site)

As a Sales Development Representative, you will focus on B2B sales within the technology sector, helping businesses discover and implement innovative digital solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for potential business clients
• Create strong first impressions and build long-term professional relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Understand client needs and propose tailored digital solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve service quality

Your Profile

• Dutch (C1–C2 level)
  
• Fluent English
  
• 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, B2B sales, account management, or customer management
• Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar tools)
• Confident using Microsoft Office

Nice to have:

• Previous experience with cloud-based or SaaS solutions
• Technical sales background

Whats Offered

• Full-time permanent Spanish contract (39h/week)
• Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 18:00
• €25,000 gross/year base salary
• Up to €4,800 gross/year performance bonus
