This role is ideal for motivated individuals who have a passion for technology and enjoy providing exceptional service to clients. You will be responsible for assisting our Dutch and Flemish-speaking customers with their technical inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to Dutch and Flemish-speaking customers via online communication methods
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a variety of technical issues efficiently while maintaining a customer-centric approach
• Provide clear and precise instructions to customers, guiding them through troubleshooting steps
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and issue resolutions within our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex problems and contribute to ongoing product improvements
• Stay informed about product developments, service updates, and best practices in customer support to provide informed assistance
  

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an asset
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with online support tools and CRM systems is a plus
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and experience a new culture
