For one of our clients, we are looking for an E-commerce Manager.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, and experience within digital marketing is a plus;
Experience working with agile methodologies in product development;
Experience managing product life cycles end-to-end;
Experience working with and developing consumer-facing digital technologies, such as websites and/or apps, ideally in a travel, retail, or equivalent environment;
English – advanced level; In-depth knowledge of marketing principles with a focus on digital marketing and eCommerce, knowledge of Sitecore is an asset;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Responsabilitati
Managing all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting;
Developing and implementing the eCommerce strategy to improve website performance;
Working with developers to improve website speed;
Working with the marketing team or managing digital marketers to improve quality and traffic acquisition;
Researching the market to identify new trends and technologies to improve website performance;
Analyzing various data sets to deliver data-driven strategies, ensuring top performance and achievement of KPIs;
Overseeing or directly managing digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, affiliates, email marketing, and social media;
Developing the content calendar and overseeing website uploads and landing page development;
Developing reports to analyze website performance, including sales and marketing reports;
Implementing updates and upgrades on time to minimize service downtime;
Conducting correction testing by identifying issues and recommending actions for resolution;
Working with internal and external stakeholders and contractors to develop new content and manage existing content for web systems;
Actively participating in the resolution of technical issues in coordination with the support team.
