We are looking for an experienced and hands-on E-commerce Marketing & Development Manager to lead the next stage of our online growth.

This is a key role focused on migrating, building, and scaling our e-commerce ecosystem. You will be responsible for our stores (blacktech.ro) defining and executing the full marketing and sales strategy.

🎯 Key Objectives

• Build and optimize high-converting Shopify stores
• Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing strategies
• Drive revenue growth, ROI

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement performance marketing strategies (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, email, retention)
• Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Build and optimize conversion funnels (landing pages, upsells, cart recovery, retention flows)
• Track, analyze, and optimize KPIs (CRO, CAC, LTV, ROAS)
• Manage tracking systems (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, operations, logistics)
• Identify growth opportunities through testing, automation, and new channels
• Develop, customize, and optimize Shopify stores (themes, apps, UX/UI, CRO)

🧩 Qualifications

• Strong experience in e-commerce marketing & development(minimum 5y)
• Proven track record of building or scaling Shopify stores
• Hands-on experience with paid media: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok
• Solid understanding of analytics (GA4, attribution, funnels)
• Experience in CRO and UX optimization
• 3+ years proven recent experience with Shopify
• Strategic thinking combined with execution skills
• Advanced English (written & spoken)
