Here, in Romania, we are looking for a passionate and highly motivated professional to join our Own Retail department:
A strong candidate for this role combines commercial ownership mindset with hands-on operational excellence in e-commerce execution. They act as the local owner of the webshop, accountable for delivering sales, while ensuring a premium, frictionless customer experience aligned with brand standards.
Your background should be:
- University degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Management or equivalent
- Business acumen and commercial mindset, driving results based on a consumer centric thinking
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools, CRM, newsletters, segmentation or marketing automation tools
- Experience with webshop/backend systems
- Good written and oral communication in English
- Analytical skills, with ability to translate performance data into commercial actions
- Cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work with local and central stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the eCommerce channel, including monitoring performance and ensuring alignment with overall business strategy (CMS content publishing, campaign setup, QA, and troubleshooting)
- Continuously optimize the website to improve conversion, customer experience, and overall performance
- Plan, implement, and manage online campaigns, promotions and product launches (end-to-end - webshop, email, landing pages)
- Oversee product assortment, pricing, and online presentation to maximize sales and profitability
- Manage backend operations, including campaign setup, content updates, and creation of new pages
- Ensure website content is accurate, localized, and aligned with brand and SEO best practices
- Analyze performance data (traffic, conversion, sales) and implement data-driven improvements
- Manage and execute newsletter campaigns, ensuring high-quality communication
- Drive continuous improvements across the customer journey, including order processing, delivery, and customer communication
