We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented Education Sales & Outreach Specialist to drive the sales strategy for the school’s new educational programs. This role involves both strategic planning and extensive fieldwork, engaging directly with potential students, partner schools, and institutions. Key Responsibilities

• Builds a strong understanding of the school’s new educational programs;
• Translates company goals into effective and actionable sales strategies;
• Implements the complete sales plan for the new AEE programs;
• Conducts sales calls, school visits, presentations, and closes sales;
• Performs extensive fieldwork (approx. 80% of the schedule) to promote programs in schools, partner institutions, events, and local communities;
• Executes administrative tasks related to the role and supports the sales team in all activities related to the new programs;
• Participates in events, school fairs, open days, and other outreach activities;
• Monitors, measures, and reports the performance of all sales and outreach campaigns;
• Evaluates the effectiveness of sales efforts and adjusts strategies accordingly;
• Achieves the targets set for the recruitment year;
• Maintains strong, professional communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Communication, Media, or related fields;
• 2–5 years of sales experience (experience in education is a strong plus);
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets;
• Excellent command of English;
• Pleasant, charismatic personality with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills;
• Strong relationship-building abilities and customer-oriented mindset;
• Experience in coordinating school/education events is a strong advantage;
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills;
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities;
• Up-to-date knowledge of modern sales practices and tools;
• Ability to work both independently and within a team;
• Project management skills;
• Category B driving license - frequent fieldwork and travel are essential parts of the role;
• Availability to travel to schools, institutions, partners, and events on a regular basis.
