Join us as a Mechanical Systems Engineer responsible for delivering technical solutions from project inception to closure. You'll lead the design and execution of mechanical systems—including HVAC, structural engineering, and integrated equipment—ensuring we meet customer commitments on cost, time, and quality.
What will you do?

  • Manage technical scope for mechanical systems projects from award through closure, including design, testing, and delivery
  • Lead technical teams executing solutions across HVAC systems, structural engineering, and mechanical equipment integration
  • Identify technical risks and interfaces, providing timely reporting to project teams and management
  • Capture customer needs and define implementable solutions during tendering and project execution phases

  • HVAC System Design — intermediate level; specifying and designing climate control solutions for diverse market segments
  • Mechanical Design — intermediate level; developing technical solutions for equipment, frames, skids, and prefabricated structures
  • Technical Solution Design — intermediate level; translating customer requirements into deliverable mechanical system architectures
  • Problem Solving — intermediate level; resolving technical challenges that impact project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Cost Management — intermediate level; optimizing technical solutions to meet budget constraints without compromising quality
  • Customer Orientation — intermediate level; capturing needs and aligning technical deliverables with customer expectations
  • Decision Making — intermediate level; selecting methods and approaches that balance technical feasibility with project goals
  • Requirements Analysis — intermediate level; defining specifications that guide design engineering and supplier scopes
