The candidate is the electrical-distribution domain expert who complements the GIS specialists — translating real network engineering (voltage levels, connectivity rules, network elements) into the GIS & Topology data model. Concretely, they would support the Functional Analyst on distribution business rules, validate the Data Migration Manager's electrical-grid data for topological/connectivity correctness, and back UAT from the network-engineering side.

Must-have requirements

• Resident in Romania.
• Native or fluent Romanian and professional working English (the team and tender operate in English).
• Degree in electrical or power engineering — inginer electrician / inginer energetician.
• Hands-on experience designing electrical distribution systems across low, medium and high voltage (RO: joasă / medie / înaltă tensiune — JT/MT/IT), not only operation or field execution.
• Working knowledge of distribution network components: overhead and underground lines (LEA / LES), transformer substations and stations (posturi / stații de transformare), switchgear, protections, and grid-connection design (racordare).

• ANRE design authorisation
• Verificator de proiecte atestat (electrical installations)
