We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join the team in Bucharest and contribute to delivering technically compliant and high-quality projects.

Main Purpose of Position

As an Electrical Engineer, you will support senior engineering team members by managing and leading allocated tasks and design activities. You will assist throughout project development and operations, including technical assessments, due diligence studies, and design work, ensuring all technical and contractual requirements are met for successful project delivery.

Main Responsibilities

• Follow established guidelines and processes as defined by the operating system
• Contribute to process improvement and system optimization
• Conduct preliminary technical assessments accurately and in a timely manner
• Support the evaluation of technical business cases and provide input on project feasibility
• Assist in defining the technical base case and project specifications
• Review and evaluate technical documentation and contracts (e.g., PPA, Grid Code, Connection Agreement)
• Ensure detailed engineering is implemented during the design stage
• Review design change requests or proposals in case of deviations

Qualifications and Competencies

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Electromechanical Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical/electromechanical engineering
• Experience in BESS technology and design
• Experience in MV reticulation network design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Exposure to High Voltage Networks and Substations
• Experience in utility-scale PV project design and execution is an advantage
