What we are looking for?

We are looking for an Electrical Department Lead (see the requirements hereunder) to join our team in Bucharest (Romania), that will be responsible in managing the Electrical team as a Technical Lead for all projects in the Oil & Gas Industry. The position is intended to replace our current Technical Lead that will leave in June 2026 and occupy the position of Department Leader that (at the moment is covered my me).

Responsibilities

• Technical guidance on general documentation to cover all aspects of a design;

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry (fully into Oil and Gas)
• Some previous experience in managing teams
• University Degree in Electrical studies
• Good knowledge of Office Suite, good knowledge of CAD-based Software, experience in Calculation Programs (ETAP, similar).
• Good English language, written and spoken.
• Good communication skills and working in team is essential.
• Flexibility for traveling abroad also for sort/long period of time.

About the Team

You will lead the Electrical Department with great opportunities to share your competences with the team and guide them in technical aspects. We are developing Engineering deigns (mostly EP) for all the major Companies (BOC, ENI, SAIPEM, SONATRACH, EQUINOR, SNAM, LUKOIL, ABB etc.) and throughout the globe.
